What we collect
Only what you write in the form: your name, your email address and the details of your request, such as when you are moving, how many of you there are and what you need help with. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data from anyone.
Why we use it
To answer you and to prepare the service you are asking about. The legal basis is your request itself, that is, the steps taken at your request before providing a service.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our own mailboxes. It passes through the companies that host this website and deliver our email, which act on our instructions and nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is alive and, if you become a client, for as long as the law requires us to keep records of the service. If nothing comes of it, we delete the message.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to its use, or ask us to send it to someone else. Write to us and we answer.
If you believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.
